Karen – I make sure I get more rest than I usually do during the work week since my work week is M-F 8-5. That is the most important thing for my mental and physical well-being! I use essential oils and take vitamins regularly. I also try to stay more physically active by cleaning or getting on the treadmill because I sit so much during the week. Reading and talking with my grown children, oh, and watching a good series or movie or 2 rounds out my weekend with my loved one!
