What do you do when you return to a room only to forget why?

In your imagination re-live that moment.

Let go of the busy-ness in your brain.  You will remember.

    I walk back to the room I just left, pause, and generally I become sufficiently centered that I remember what I wanted.

    I generally try to remember what I was working on or what I was doing that prompted me to go into that room.
