What part does intention play in creating power with grace?

Before you speak, think through the intention of what you are about to say.
This adds power to your words as your message in relevant and intentional.
Many times when I think about my intention before I speak, I end up not saying anything!
Be careful thinking and processing out loud as it can be confusing to your listener
and sometimes can violate trust.
(Unless your listener is a trusted advisor)
In the photo above I imagine both of these people have an intention of being right rather than learning the other’s point of view. When you begin here it almost always creates more reisitance.
