Ah…I have found that keeping my mind in neutral and staying “centered” helps me remain open to new ideas/angles on an old topic. I learned long ago that I do not know it all and there is still plenty to learn on a daily basis
Mike, I’ve learned that too! Although, sometimes it is really hard to stay neutral! I notice in my aikido practice, when someone shows a different take on a familiar technique, it takes all my center to make the change!
