I suggest to first stop, breathe, center. Then write down what you have got to do, make sure each item is really important to you. Pick one thing to begin, and know the rest will be there. Continue to breathe and stay centered as that expands the illusion of time.

Particularly stressful week- left before dawn this morning. I live in a rural area, and stepped out to an unbelievably clear night sky- full of bright stars and planets. The universe was reminding me that my worries are pretty small things! Standing in the crisp air and taking some breaths helped get me ready to start the day.
