Hello Revenue Cycle Associates and Leaderhip,

As most of you know, we’ve been working toward creating ‘one team’ in the Revenue Cycle Department.

In the process, the majority of you have been involved in dialogue to create a ‘credo’.  This credo is a short list of ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ questions you create and agree to that defines your specific culture within HRH.  This survey includes the top questions from group #1 combined with group #2.  I’ve organized these in similar topics to make it easier for you to choose.

I’ve also added some discription of the conversations that came up in group 2.  This group had a bit more time to deeply discuss the questions.
